1 /5 Taryn Turner: I called to cancel my policy, unfortunately the disgustingly rude agent name Angela answered the phone. She was extremely quick with rushing me off the phone when I had questions regarding my cancellation. I asked her will I get an email once the policy is canceled, she said we don’t send emails. How does any business not send emails after canceling? I asked her then will I get a refund for the difference, she said you’ll get a check and I don’t know how much or when….so at that point I asked for the headquarters number and she had the audacity to say 1800 State Farm and had the nerve to say it twice. How ignorant can you be and then I said what is the actual number and then she lets out this major sigh and gives me actual phone number. The lady’s attitude was absolute garbage. Not my fault you’re having a bad day.
