1 /5 Johnny Escalante: It’s a Great insurance agency, However. I’m extremely disappointed that Heidi/ Haidi what ever her name is , could not distinguish her client from a vagrant and make the decision to allow her client bathroom access during an emergency. According to her it’s employees only . Which is respectfully understandable, however. She can’t make a professional decision and allow the client access under a one time emergency superceding policy. My lawyer will be contacting regional management .

1 /5 Norma Hernandez: I’m highly disappointed in the service I was provided. After requesting and speaking to a so call “supervisor” Anita I was even more shocked of the unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge of my situation. Not only that. I over heard a comment she made regarding her family member being a drug trafficker as if she was so proud. I will also be contacting corporate over all of her lack of understanding of how to treat her customers. I will definitely be canceling my policy with this company.

2 /5 Walt Dizal: I have been getting my liability insurance through Amax for over 5 years. I had 3 vehicles insured at the same time. Every time my policy would expire they would raise the rates on me. I would tell them I am an excellent driver with no accidents or tickets for over 10 years. I did not understand why I have been a good customer to them for all these years just to get higher rates every 6 months. They would try to justify it by saying that I had to pay more because I live in Pasadena. So the last time my policy expired it was the same situation. They said "oh the company you are with is going up." Then they say let me check for something cheaper but only present me with a higher option. The woman behind the desk told me I could go look for better prices so I left the location. When I got home my wife could see my frustration and began calling around for me. Now I have State Farm. Even the their representative was impressed with my driving record and offered me a policy for less than half of what I was paying through Amax. I also pay through State Farms app so I dont have to go into an awkward insurance office every month anymore to pay. I could not leave a 1 star because you guys really did me a favor by sending me away. Thank you.

5 /5 Adrian DeLaFuente-King: The 2nd attempt was way better than my 1st. Different location and different personalities. This one was sweet, informative, and very knowledgeable. Complete 360 from the other office. I intend to do business with them this week, but the deal maker was Southmores customer service. At the other location, she was rude, ignorant, and unknowledgeable. Closed ended responses and lied. Completely different experience from that of the young lady at Southmore.
