I have my home, car, and life insurance bundled through this local branch. Not only is Farmers a wonderful insurance agency to work with in the unfortunate event of a claim, Aaron and the receptionist have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to any of my many questions.
A few years ago I processed a hail claim through Farmers and can attest that the organization as a whole was easy to work with and paid a fair amount for the damage my home received to roof, windows, and even fence. Although the claim and the event was stressful, Farmers made it a little bit easier to navigate the process.
On the agent level, buying and selling vehicles multiple times last year, Aaron and his team were friendly, helpful and responsive any time I needed to add or remove insurance on my vehicles. They discussed my insurance options including liability, full coverage, uninsured driver, rental car, and roadside assistance. Aaron also ensured I understood all my coverage limits and what each of them would do for any questioned scenario.
I assist in the management of a small local business in Amarillo. Aaron also discussed insurance options for the business including renters and supplemental insurance and guided us through the process of obtaining coverage in addition to coverage limits.
