Priscilla was great to work with too, she was super responsive to all my questions, and helped setup my renters insurance and new homeowners policy while we waited for our new home to be built. Saif Hussain Agency doesn’t care about customer retention I guess and it’s obvious from the negative reviews. My policy expired and the agent on the line told me that “the insurance provider will not renew the policy, so we have to start a new quote unfortunately. If you have no further questions, have a good day.” PS: I have been with this company/agent for 6 years. Moving on now though.
