I needed to switch insurance carriers, needed more coverage, and had to do it fast in order to meet requirements for a new property management company for my rental property. Patricia was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and very efficient. She was always available for my questions and concerns. angie boshoes Im not sure what happened, I got a letter stating sorry to hear you want to cancel your policy , I never tried to cancel. I never spoke to anyone until I called about the letter. The whole discussion was confusing, they even played a recording of the person, not me, who called to cancel. I told them it wasnt me. They didnt seem to be concerned about that. Im alarmed and may get insurance elsewhere. Just need to be with a reputable company. This is sooo ridiculous. After reading a lot of reviews, sorry I didnt read them sooner..
