Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company - Port Lavaca
Ruston Raybon Ive been with Farm Bureau since I started driving over 20 years ago. In all that time all of the agents and people with Farm Bureau have been kind and accommodating every time Ive needed to speak to them. My issue is that as kind and nice as the agents are they are (in my experience) often terrible at getting anything done.
For instance I submitted a receipt from a locksmith for getting my car unlocked. My agent, Mike Johnson, said hed get it taken care of. I just got reimbursed... 3 months later. That was after a dozen follow up phone calls, emails, and voice mails with mike and very little return communication.
When I worked with Mike to get my home insurance adjusted it literally took 5 months... it should have taken a couple weeks, but he just wouldnt follow through with anything. I had dozens of calls, voicemails, and emails trying to get him to take care of me.
Ive had similar experiences with other agents. Theyre nice, they say the right things... but nothing gets done unless you call them every week for 3 months.
