I never felt like I was an address on a clip board. I felt like I was a customer that was getting priority treatment. Neighbors on each side of me were not so fortunate. They both complained of missed appointments, phone calls not being returned, questions not being answered. Both neighbors had coverage with competitors of Allstate.
