Robin Matza Jessica Cox was instrumental in getting me the most money for my claim, for which she served as a third party administrator. Although I am not exactly clear on her role/responsibilities ended once I signed the release form, she assisted with my efforts to secure payment from the moving company, which took over six months. Without her help, I would likely still be waiting for payment.

Sarah Morgan Jennye Daniel greeted me when I just walked into the office. She was very knowledgeable and helpful as I was considering changing our auto insurance company after being with them since 2007. Shame on me for waiting so long to compare rates! She rated a policy with exactly the same coverage. Get ready for this…… We are saving $8000.00 per year going with State Farm auto coverage. That’s insane. Jennye’s outstanding customer service was stellar!

Wayne DeFonso Cesar is an awesome agent. Never thought about looking for another auto insurance company until Cesar contacted my wife and said if we bundle our auto insurance with our homeowners insurance he could help us save money. Bart Meador The amount of effort and care that Harley puts in to helping me out, anytime and everytime I need her, is absolutely tremendous. Im an old man, and my wife and I have had MANY insurance companies and representatives in our lifetimes, but we can both honestly say that buying, renewing and/or dealing with insurance companies is not something we typically enjoy doing.....but Harley is a breath of fresh air. From the first time I reached out to her for a quote, and everytime since that I have needed anything, she has gone above and beyond to take care of me. She reminds me of what customer service used to be, which is do all you can, and more, to take care of your customer.
