1 /5 Saif Hussain: Agency doesn’t care about customer retention I guess and it’s obvious from the negative reviews. My policy expired and the agent on the line told me that “the insurance provider will not renew the policy, so we have to start a new quote unfortunately. If you have no further questions, have a good day.” PS: I have been with this company/agent for 6 years. Moving on now though.

1 /5 Rhonda Overman: This insurance company is a joke, they lie they do not do their job and they change their company name to keep from being sued for the neglectful way they conduct business. Very very shady people who know nothing about what an insurance companies responsibilities are. Their policy Holder backed in to my mustang and left the scene of the accident and they still have not paid to repair the extensive damage that he caused so now Im driving my car with a damaged door and fender because the lack of responsibility on empower insurance. If you want good coverage with a real insurance company DO NOT CALL EMPOWER A.K.A. ALINSCO , because they are complete idiots.

1 /5 Joanna Acevedo: Go with literally any other insurance. My insurance was set to expire on September 4th and I had chose to not renew. However they charged me the next day for $137. I called to ask why they charged me even though I had not agreed on 6 more months of insurance with them. They said it was because I had auto payment on my account, but had auto payment for the 6 months I had previously agreed on. I did not call or go in person to extend it. It’s been about a month and I have only received a check for $46 not the full $137 they withdrew without my permission. So they just get to keep my $80ish dollars, for what I don’t even have insurance with them anymore.

1 /5 ed munoz: So I got rear ended by a policy holder of theres. He provided me with all the info needed (as required) to file a claim. I submitted all my info on there app and 3 weeks later I have no response back on when they will proceed with repairing my car. No call back no response just crickets. At this point we are working on taking the owner of the car to court and make him pay out of pocket . Not right for him to pay out of pocket (thats why you for insurance). Imagine you paying for insurance and than getting sued for damages that your insurance should pay for. I would think long and hard before signing up with Empower insurance.

1 /5 gelila Getachew: I wish I could rate it zero but unfortunately that’s not possible. I called and told this unprofessional establishment to take my card off their system since I didn’t want an autopsy on that account. They said yes but continued to take money out of it every month. I had to keep calling every month to remind them. Each time they pretended they didn’t know what I was talking about. I finally had enough and called to complain. Their response was, if you want us to refund the money back to the account, you need to pay another $60 for it. In what world do you pay extra to get your own money back that was taken without your authorization? They are unprofessional, dishonest and by far the worst experience I’ve had with an insurance. They’re really good in sweet talking you to get insurance with them but have HORRIBLE customer service after. IF I WERE YOU, I WOULDN’T WASTE MY MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM.
