1 /5 gelila Getachew: I wish I could rate it zero but unfortunately that’s not possible. I called and told this unprofessional establishment to take my card off their system since I didn’t want an autopsy on that account. They said yes but continued to take money out of it every month. I had to keep calling every month to remind them. Each time they pretended they didn’t know what I was talking about. I finally had enough and called to complain. Their response was, if you want us to refund the money back to the account, you need to pay another $60 for it. In what world do you pay extra to get your own money back that was taken without your authorization?
They are unprofessional, dishonest and by far the worst experience I’ve had with an insurance. They’re really good in sweet talking you to get insurance with them but have HORRIBLE customer service after.
IF I WERE YOU, I WOULDN’T WASTE MY MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM.
