1 /5 Betty Thompson: Im extremely dissatisfied with this agency to the point that if I could, I would give them a rating of zero stars. The reason for my frustration lies in their failure to cancel my policy despite my explicit request, resulting in my account being sent to collections. The managements approach to handling cancellations has been exceptionally poor, and this has been, by far, the most challenging experience Ive had in canceling an insurance policy.
