STK After losing a parent, I had to file a claim. My claims rep was Robbin Y, and she was amazing. The company actually reached out to me and sent me everything I needed with detailed instructions. I mailed my paperwork in, and called to see if it was received. My rep answered on the first call, confirmed receipt and stated my claim was submitted for payment without delay.
