Enrique Hilton: Allstate Insurance - Brownsville (TX)

1 /5 Jorge Jasso: On Monday I was offered a vehicle insurance policy at a certain rate. I paid for the policy, signed the papers and received my insurance cards. On Tuesday I get a call from this place telling me that if I want to keep my policy I now have to pay double the amount I had already paid. I asked to talk to the supervisor (Idalia Villarreal) she offered no help. Told me that there was nothing she could do, I either cancelled my policy or I paid the extra $400.00 dollars. I asked to talk to the agent Enrique Hilton but I was told he did not have a phone number. Called Allstate corporate office and explained my situation. They informed me that the person who sold me my policy (Samantha Rodriguez) was not a licensed agent. She did not have the authority to bind a policy. Save your self the headaches, skip this place and go to another allstate agent.

1 /5 Anatoli Varbelow: Had a fully valid full coverage auto policy with them but was one month late on payment. Bought a brand new car at a dealership, called them to get a new policy so I can drive the car off the lot but was denied. I offered them to pay the payment I was late on/ and the new payment but was still denied, claiming that it will take 24 hours for their systems to update. Well, I traded in my old car and now had a new car, I guess they expected me to walk home. So I just cancelled them and 10 minutes later signed with another company by phone, ironically saving lots of money in the process. Incompetent agency.

3 /5 Emma Garza: Tried calling three times to see if I need to bring anything, no answer. When we get there we looked in to see if it was opened, receptionist said yes, so I said Ive been trying to call and no one answered, she said she just got back from lunch so I said dont you have anybody else that can pick up phone. I see that as letting a potential client get away.

1 /5 Gerardo Blanco: i was supposed to pay $253 but prices went up to $500 because they quoted me wrong, then I hot my truck flooded, haven’t fixed anything, they don’t want to make it total loss, it had water up to the dashboard, inside the engine and transmission, now want just to change the oil, wash it and give it back to me, worst expierince ever!!!
