Remi Vela Megan has been absolutely wonderful to work with as an insurance agent! Anytime Ive ever reached out with a question or concern about my car insurance policy, she has been quick to address it and she always has a kind demeanor! When I was buying another vehicle she ran numbers for me while I was at the dealership just so I had all the information I needed ready at the time of purchase. And today when I asked about moving my payment due date, she called me during her personal time on her way out of town to take care of it!! Like how sweet is she!? It is so refreshing to have an insurance agent that genuinely cares about my needs and concerns! She is kind, professional, prompt, and willing to do whatever she can to set you up with exactly what you want. Honestly, I could go on about how great she is forever! But Ill leave you with this. Unlikely other businesses I really felt like they cared about getting me in the right plan, explaining my options, an listening to me. When they say theyll call you back, they are true to their word. I cant tell you how many times I was told from other insurance companies that they would get back with me only to ghost me. Not them. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for insurance!
