King Barry C Thomas They are the worst insurance company ever. Some clown knocked my back windshield out and they gave me the run around after I been with them a long time I even had a police report. They claimed they didnt help with vandalized vehicle. But the policy say they do. They wanted me to pay for it and they would pay a reduction. They then terminated my policy. Because they didnt want to help me. Do not get insurance from this company its worthless.

Ashley Roblin Love this place. My whole family have had our car insurance through them FOREVER! Ken Phillips and his sister are the nicest most laid back people you will ever meet. And to top it off, they really do have the cheapest prices around. My work sells the same brand of insurance that I have through Phillips, but, it is $15 more expensive per month for liability! My boss says that nobody can beat his rates...... Phillips insurance can!

Micki Davis I spoke with Crystal Schuder by phone and then went into her office in person. She spent TWO HOURS with me, explaining Medicare and all my options in simple terms that I could easily understand. We looked up all of my doctors and medications, and found the Advantage plan that would cover everything, at no additional cost to me. She even made a couple of phone calls to the carriers to clarify some questions for me. After all of that, I didnt owe Crystal a dime. She was so friendly and helpful, we laughed together and talked, and I felt like she really cared about the outcome for me. I highly recommend her to anyone who is signing up for Medicare or changing their plan. Crystal will take care of you!
