I have known moon for over five years now and not at any point have I ever been disappointed. I have always appreciated his honest and reliable services, most of all his the updates he always provide in case of any changes coming. I would recommend Moons agency to anyone out there going through what I went through during those crazy years.

Matthew Webb Run away from these guys! It has been 45 days since one of their customers hit my sons car, and they still have not paid the claim despite the other driver being ticketed. The claims specialist will not return out phone calls. Good luck getting these guys to pay up when you need them. I am sure they will be glad to take your money though.

Jeffery Staser Im going to give them a two only because I once considered them a 4. I went to Hartford through AARP 6 or 7 years ago. The savings was considerable. This year Hartford increased my insurance 36%. When I asked why they cited the windshield replacement and my driving score on the app they required me to download onto my phone. Their service had been fair to good to that point, but I had only needed them for the one claim. I found it ironic that I found the EXACT same coverage with GEICO for a 42% savings over the increased terms of Hartford. What Ive discovered is that it is better to pay for any possible claim unless it is a total loss of the vehicle. Insurance has no longer become a tool to help cover the damage to your vehicle. It has become nothing more than a legal requirement that fills the pockets of the companies and the lobbyist for the companies. It is little wonder why there are sooooo many people driving around without insurance!!

CHI Andy was such a great help! He guided me through the process and helped I and my brother find an excellent insurance policy together. We couldn’t have done it without his expertise and support. Highly recommend!
