5 /5 Bill Palmer: Dealing with City Bank in Levelland since day one. Still there. Boss Lady needs to be recognized for having an extremely polite, businesslike, group of young people that are a cut above others in their endeavors. Great attitudes.
1 /5 Mello Marley: My mother had the actual problem but I was the one speaking for her. I first talked to a lady behind glass and you could tell she went out of her way to help us but didnt quite know what to do so she went and got a higher rank personnel who was not only rude but seemed annoyed and impatient. She was of no help. Maybe because they were fixing to close but never have I been treated and felt like I was a bother to someone who works at a bank. Why work there if you dont want to help people and I mean all types of people at that?
5 /5 Levi Mills: I have been using City Bank for over 10 years and never had an issue with getting any money back when I had a fraud issue. I also have served in many different states in time zones across the United States in the US Army. Even then I was able to get debit cards and other issues taken care of while stationed overseas.
