1 /5 Alicia Archie: This was the 1st time I used them and never again will I. When I got down to my last payment they had the nerve to call me constantly saying I was behind on the last payment when my payment date hadnt even arrived. Then the excuse was my last payment wasnt a full payment but it was due before my scheduled payment date. I explain since that wasnt what I was told initially that the last payment needed to be taken on my last payment date. Grant you I was told that my last payment was less then my scheduled payments had been but why when I checked my account they took the full payment. All this in the Sulphur Springs office.
