1 /5 Nicholas Lloyd: The absolute worse company for a seller. I signed closing documents on July 11th . Here it is the 24 th and they still haven’t released funds. Triad Will not communicate with me or the broker and won’t give an estimated time frame. The system is always down. I shouldn’t have given my buyers the keys until I received payment. Is a very simple process that this company makes difficult and time consuming. They tell you to wait by the phone for a verification call. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now. If I could give them negative stars I would. Btw my lenders name was Jaime. Then Paige

5 /5 Tanya Antele: Was able to buy my 1st home with them it is definitely a blessing we had to live in rent the past 12 years and deal with slunlords and crackhead neighbors now we live in a much better place.!!!!!

1 /5 tashia Easley: Do not recommend using them. The customer service is poor and they give you the run around talking to different people who have no knowledge of what you discussed with previous people.
