5 /5 Ana Cristina Pagan: Im only rating this 5 stars because the front desk lady is incredibly helpful and it seems like she loves her job. I would rate it 0 with my experience talking to one of the representatives about my daughters insurance. The whole time the representatives in the back office was trying to tell me my daughter never had insurance (my daughter did and I had a letter saying it needed to be renewed, which I showed to her) ashe also said that I was going to have to back pay for every time I took my newborn baby for the first year of her life to the doctor. She was so rude and at one point she raised her voice and said "do you want to talk to my manager" I should have said yes but instead I said "no, have a nice day" stud up and left the office. I have to go again but if I end up with her before going into her office I will talk to her manager.
