CEFCO Convenience Store - Childress (TX)

5 /5 Alyssa Shattuck: we are traveling, and had some car issues. they were super friendly and very willing to help and go out of their way to accommodate people in need that we’re not locals. we ended up stuck at this location for 3 days while we tried to figure out a way to salvage our vehicle and we were unable to. they didn’t have an issue with us being there trying to figure out our situation. ALL the staff was doing what they could to help in any sort of way be it by helping us with food, letting us cool off in the store, trying to help with the vehicle even pushing the vehicle out of the main service area so we weren’t blocking the customers getting us water so we stayed hydrated as we’re not from texas so this heat was killing us. if i could give more than one 5 star review i would. 10/10 recommend this store to anyone

1 /5 Christopher Watson: Dirty. Employees talking about needing to do laundry because they were out of clean underwear and only had a thong while describing a wedgie she currently had.

5 /5 Joni Morris: Absolutely sparkling and shiny and clean and very fresh smelling is the women’s restroom here. I actually went in when there was an employee there, named Debby, cleaning the restrooms. She was so friendly and so kind and I just wanted to let her know how much I appreciate her by leaving this review. The two ladies at the register were very kind also! We were traveling from Arlington, Texas to Caprock State Park, and stopped along the way. Thank you again!!! Joni Morris

5 /5 Jim Byers: They are a new store to me and not very familiar with them. But, I do know the restrooms are clean, and so is the rest of the store. There is a fairly good selection of quick needs for the house and snacks and drinks for the traveler. All-in-all, its a nice little gas and convenience store.
