1 /5 Saul Garcia: Really bad customer service they make u feel like your gonna steal money from them and they not even ask I went to there to cash my check because I have account there and if I deposit take to 1 to 3 days to appear I told this guy cash my check and then with the cash I want to put 50 $ on my account I was trying to do a important pAyment no he want I dont know how the hell but give me the 100 and 50 on card I have to wait on it so he ruins my day

5 /5 Ann S: Had an issue with a car dealership saying my husbands name wrong to Frost (our car loan provider). This resulted in the possibility of having to correct the car title at a later date, or not get the car after we took time off from work. The manager Stephanie was THE BEST. She got the updates right at the end of the day, waited until after hours so we could sign the proper documents and when we were not able to make it she drove to the dealership after her work day so that we could sign the documents instead of having to run around trying to get them signed and/or having to wait and have a difficult car title correction down the road. Phenomenal service! Love Frost Bank and Stephanie in particular!

1 /5 Laj Hah: THE WORST BANK!!! I tried to cash a $2500 school check today and they said I couldn’t because I don’t have 2500 in my account??? WHAT? How does that make since. If you’re a student don’t bank here, they won’t let you cash your grant unless you already have that same amount on your account. As a broke college student we all know that’s unrealistic. The person who also left a review about them having brain damage is right. I’ve been treated better at Ace Check Cashing with the same check and they aren’t even a bank. These people seriously have brain damage.
