1 /5 Katie McCormick: No empathy or compassion. Will let you make a split payment one month but the next they decide not to because someone is on a high horse. I cant wait until Im done with this company.

5 /5 Ashley Williams: I just wanted to share an honest review Ms.christen and the other ladys have been awesome to the point where they are understanding and come off as family oriented. I have made my payments and my first time doing a payment arrangement went smooth I have nothing but positive remarks about this company hopefully someone else will share the same experience. Thank you Alamo !

1 /5 Gibson Anderson: I thought I was the only one till I saw all these reviews. Haven’t had any problems but today, they were extremely rude giving attitude when i asked serious questions. Willing gave them my new address and that I’d make a payment next week they still threatened to repossess my car. put me on hold multiple times for no reason. Call “dropped” no she (dulce) just hung up very unprofessional. Wouldn’t tell me wether or not if i made my payments this week or next that I wouldn’t have any other payments due. Daisy is the manager and had the most attitude and wasn’t listening to any of my complaints or frustration whatsoever.

1 /5 Eric Scott: I’ve read the reviews and those of you they worked with. It sounds like you got lucky! They would not work with me except if I was late I had to make a payment before the next one was due. I bought a semi that ended up being financed with Alamo over a year ago and it’s been in the shop ever since. This company only cares about is getting their money and if you get behind they put your vehicle up for repo. They said they cannot work with me and they offer no solution to help you out. So those of you that are financially stable they are great because they get their money. Alamo obviously doesn’t care about anyone else just money and those that end up with a struggle here and there get screwed So I can just imagine what the repo fees are gonna cost too.
