1 /5 Jon Walden: Horrendous. I’m paying over $100 a month for the highest speed which is “advertised” as 12 MBps. I consistently get no better than 6. Along with that there are regular drops in service during peak hours. Worst of it though was when they were completely down for 2 weeks and did absolutely nothing to credit their customers back for not providing ANY service. I will be changing providers at my earliest convenience.
