1 /5 pablo Rodríguez: Customer service is ok. Overall the company will not lend you a decent amount. Came in a couple of times to try and increase my loan and seems they don’t have funds anymore and lending less and less. Very unsatisfactory service due to this. I’ve always made good credit history and seems like they don’t take that into consideration. If you have taken a loan out do not liquidate your loan to try and get a higher loan as they will cut your loan amount to a lower amount. I’ve had this happened several times. Overall not worth it.

5 /5 Haydee Lopez: 2 weeks ago I went to Oportun seeking for help with a loan. I was on my last payment for my house and today i officially finish paying off my house. I recommend this company and the lady that helped me was Jessica she is great she explained every term correctly, answered every doubt I had and I just want to express my experience with this company. Thanks to oportun I was not only able to pay off my last payment of my house but they had helped me credit wise also ‘ payments are so affordable and service from Jessica is so great. Thank you oportun for this opportunity ! I just wanted to leave a comment so people can know how great oportun is !
