1 /5 Sam Sammy: I’ve been banking here for the last six years. Today I felt like I was treated very rudely by I assume was the head teller. The lobby was busy and she came from the back of the bank to assist. I have multiple accounts at peoples bank along with Multiple safety deposit boxes. I tried to make a deposit of cash from selling a vehicle and I felt hassled. The teller asked for my drivers license and the person who is purchasing the vehicle, their drivers license along with Social Security numbers and their occupation. Excuse me, but I do not believe that’s any of their business. The bank has all of my information on file. When we refused to give our Social Security numbers we were told they would not make the deposit. It was cash and I have multiple accounts there and I was depositing in my account. It was none of the bank’s business Who was giving me the cash or what the cash was for. In fact it was for a vehicle and I did sign the title over in the parking lot of the bank and they drove the vehicle away. I also bank at Chase. I have made very large deposits of cash at Chase and never been treated like I was today at peoples bank. This was a sad day for people‘s bank and maybe their employees should either explain why they want certain information or call a bank officer to address the situation. But to be treated rudely by a teller that is totally uncalled for. The majority of my assets and funds are with Chase and they will remain with Chase, especially after today.

I’ve had an account here for over a year and the second my account hit $0.00 they start taking out $60 dollars a day until you deposit more. Many people have warned me about this bank and how they steal money from the people trying to get by in Paris Texas. Highly do not recommend opening an account here.

You can deposit as much as you want. When you want to take out your money, they will ask so many questions, and they will try their best not to withdraw your money. To transfer the money, you have to be at the bank physically, and you cannot use Zelle at this bank. Also, their app is very outdated.
2 /5 Ryan Crawford: Interior is nice and comfortable but the account managers are very rude and act like their above their own clients as well as have no care for their clients security or personal information. If you want your account safe or treated like your a human being go anywhere else.
1 /5 Stephanie Brock: My mom had a cashiers check printed from Peoples Bank paying in cash for it then send it to me. Then when I went to cash it they called Peoples Bank to verify the check and Peoples Bank could not verify it causing me to not even be able to cash it. Do not bank at Peoples Bank. They charge hidden fees and wait to post transactions till Days Later causing overdraft issues
