Sandy Ive had a fantastic experience working with Erik Thompson at State Farm. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, walking me through all my coverage options and making sure I understood everything clearly. He genuinely cared about finding the best policy for my needs, and I never felt pressured. What I appreciated most was how responsive and thorough he was—always quick to answer my questions and follow up when needed. Truly professional and kind.
