This agency is truly terrible. They never answer the phone, to the point my wife and I always have to call the 800 StateFarm phone and even they have problems reaching them. I have emails of StateFarm apologizing on their behalf and acknowledging their unresponsiveness.
We called today to finally cancel the policy, and the person who spoke to us was extremely rude, once she heard we are canceling she hung up the phone very rudely. Angry, almost.
These people truly need customer service training. You dont treat any customer like that, specially since they wouldnt have a job without customers.
