Mark Gott I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Shane Howland and his office staff, particularly Vickie. As a long-time customer of ANPAC since 1975, I valued the relationship we had built over the years with previous agents (both now retired) which included 8 of the 11 rental properties we owned, 3 cars, our homestead at that time, as well as recommendations to family members. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing with Shane Howland & co. When my previous agent retired, my business was transferred to Shane Howland. ( I dont know why) Over the past year and one-half, my wife called several times to obtain quotes for her mothers house- I finally got in touch with them to get that ins. To this date they have never returned HER phone call. They apparently didnt connect the dots, her last name and mine, the same- so they just didnt return her calls. Hmmmmmmmmm Additionally, I found Shane and Vickis level of service and professionalism to be lacking. The attitude and communication style of Shane and Vickie did not meet the standards I expect from an insurance provider. The interactions felt dismissive and unfriendly, which was particularly disappointing given my long-standing relationship with American National Ins. Co. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Shane Howland or Vickie for insurance or financial needs. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as my intent is to share my experience honestly. I wish Shane and Vickie and his staff the best in their future endeavors. If I could give -10 I would.

He’s very knowledgeable in his role and was more than willing to help me through any issues I ran into! He was able to find me a better rate than what I was already paying! Will be using them/him for all my insurance needs moving forward!

John Shoemaker Dan, at Arandale, has gone above and beyond to give us the best service available and has provided us with insurance for our three (3) companies as well as our home and vehicles. His extensive knowledge regarding both commercial and homeowners policies has provided us with considerably better coverage than we previously had from another company at a much better rate. Dan has also found coverage on both our business and home policies which our last insurance company was not able to offer. Due to the type of services offered by our companies we are required to have multiple endorsements that can be very confusing to a layman. Dan has been able to not only explain what the endorsements cover, but also was able to answer our questions on how they would be implemented should we have a loss. As such, I recommend him to everyone I know who needs commercial and/or homeowners insurance. It would be a costly mistake not to ask for Dans help when searching for your insurance needs. I am very hopeful that we will never have a claim on our insurance. I am confident that we are fully covered should it be necessary to file a claim in the future.
