Zach Anderson Devin and her team came to my work place and met individually with all of our employees. I was hesitant at first to give them a shot, but was quickly greeted and treated like a friend. They walked me through all of their policies and was very upfront about pricing and made me feel a lot better about agreeing to purchase insurance with them. F.Carlos G. I’m gonna make this brief: Someone insured by this insurance hit my vehicle in the parking lot. Insurance told ne to take the vehicle to a shop after I sent them pictures for estimate. Now they called the shop and told them they will not pay for the remaining $1,000 labor charge since I did not use the shop they recommended. Please note, I was not given this option in the beginning, and on top of that why will I take my car to a shop I do not know. This is bad practice that should be illegal.
