We made an appointment for the Austin, Tx showroom to look at wedding bands together and we were helped by Regan. It was seriously such a phenomenal experience, Regan was so helpful and was such a joy to work with! She helped my fiancé and myself find our wedding bands in literally 30 mins. I can not express how simple, easy, and fun this was and we can’t wait to come back and purchase the rings soon!! Thanks so much Regan!

During my visit, Regan C. guided me through products and educated me perfectly. Initially, I wanted to window shop and see what Brilliant Earth had to offer. It was my first place shopping for an engagement rings and because of Regan, it was also my last. When you have such a great experience somewhere, its hard not to seal the deal. Together, we went above and beyond my expectations and I made a purchase. Im excited to see the product !!!

Within minutes, Reagan showed up and warmly brought my friends to the back where she assisted me with great options. She was also very personable and made me and my partner and friends feel welcome. I left with a much better idea of what I wanted, thanks to her and Brilliant Earth!

1 /5 Megan Hoffmann: The store associates were always very kind when talking to them. This one star review is specifically for the customer service. I spoke with 5 different people on the phone about receiving my ring back after having it sent in for repairs and ALL FIVE told me something different about when I could expect to receive my ring back and how the shipping process worked. I have never been so frustrated before after speaking to the 5th customer service representative and they told me something different from the four previous customer service reps I had spoken with. There is so much inconsistency in what they were telling me and making promises that my ring would be delivered Monday, it would be delivered Tuesday, no I can assure you it will come in Wednesday, it will be delivered Thursday afternoon, and then the following Monday it was finally delivered back to me. Being told they had not received my ring after I just got off the phone with FedEx who confirmed the ring was delivered to them at 9am the day before was extremely frustrating as well and when I told the sales representative that I had just got off the phone with FedEx and confirmed that the ring had been returned to brilliant earth, then the customer service representative’s story changed and all of a sudden they did have the ring. I could go on and on. I will never purchase anything else from Brilliant Earth purely because of how terrible the customer service people were. Plus, the whole reason I had to have my ring fixed was because the prongs were not tight enough on my main diamond and the diamond was loose and would shake around in the place setting. I had to pay almost $100 to have my ring fixed when it came to me with the prongs poorly fitted to the diamond. My wedding band and engagement ring are beautiful but I will never purchase from Brilliant Earth again and I will not be recommending them to anyone because of how poor their customer service was. Very disappointing.
