Disappointing Experience - Misleading Return Policy
I had a terrible experience at your store. I bought jewelry during the holidays with the understanding that I could return it for a full refund within 30 days, as clearly stated in the store display. However, when I tried to return the item due to it not being liked, I was informed of an updated policy. The staff, particularly the individual handling my case, was rude and unhelpful, insisting that they would speak to the manager, Jay.
Despite my attempt to adhere to the stores displayed policy, I was not honored, and I was asked to return later when the manager was available. This experience has led me to decide never to shop at your store again. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and customer service.
