I was up the creek with my business insurance situation after having trusted another broker who let me down big time and risked me losing a huge deal with a client because I couldnt obtain the required insurance by the deadline. My first interaction with Haley was her consoling me on the phone in tears, desperate because I thought my business may go under if I didnt pull through on this deal. Haley got me all quotes in 3 working days. Work that took my other broker over 6 weeks to do and was still failing. She SAVED my business I will forever be a loyal customer and I will tell every living soul needing business insurance to GO TO HALEY!

He is friendly, easy to speak to, listens to my concerns and found policies that far exceeded my expectations. Not only were his policies better than the policies I was carrying from another insurance company but he saved me a great deal of money in the process. My only regret is that I did not know about Dexter & Company years ago.

Mary G If you value your vehicle, dont get insured here. Yes, its cheap, but it also comes at a high cost when involved in an accident. They will willingly try and screw you over and not pay or underpay you. They will also make anything and everything as impossible as possible. With so many tools nowadays to do just about everything, its so bizarre that we have to come in to update paperwork, or for them just to get a damn signature like people dont work for a living. Whatever happened to docusign? No other insurance company pulls this kind of bullshit. Just a tactic to keep charging you because they know most people cant come in in time.
