Eliza F. Ive had 2 recent experiences with Grissom Insurance. My mortgage lender had some changes and Grissom (Heather) handled it quickly and efficiently although it seemed complicated to me. The other experience was roof replacement due to hail damage. Their excellent adjustor (Mike Shepherd) worked with my roofer for quite a time, and the results were quite satisfactory. I highly recommend Grissom, wonderful customer service.

J H Mark is awesome! My family has had insurance with them going back to when his dad ran the company and i was just a toddler. Hes always super helpful and even calls us once or twice to review our policies and tells us how we can save money or help us with updating any of our policies when well, life, happens.
