5 /5 Melissa Parvis: I would leave TEN stars if I could for Haley Villavaso. I was up the creek with my business insurance situation after having trusted another broker who let me down big time and risked me losing a huge deal with a client because I couldnt obtain the required insurance by the deadline. My first interaction with Haley was her consoling me on the phone in tears, desperate because I thought my business may go under if I didnt pull through on this deal. Haley got me all quotes in 3 working days. Work that took my other broker over 6 weeks to do and was still failing. She SAVED my business I will forever be a loyal customer and I will tell every living soul needing business insurance to GO TO HALEY!

5 /5 Teresa Hicks: STATE FARM had made 3 major mistakes since July 2023 when I paid them in full for my home coverage for a year and my car for 6months which is all they allow. I received a cancellation notice for my home for non payment in Oct. 2023 which was paid in full and it took them until Jan.2024 to correct the issue. The second six months on the car was paid in full and the same happened. On June 14, 2024 I received a text that they received confirmation that my home that I have owned for 39 years had been sold and I owed money because my car was no longer under the bundle coverage. I immediately called and they couldnt explain so I finally got the agency owner and he said my home had not been covered since April 18,2024 because of lack of payment which was paid in full in July 2023. I immediately contacted your agency and Desni Cox was like an angel from heaven. My husband passed away and I found her in his files. She stayed late and worked early to help me get coverage for both my home and car. She is fantastic and such a blessing in the middle of all the chaos with STATE FARM. I am so thankful for her !!! The world needs more people like her!!! THANK YOU!!!
