2 /5 Ashleigh Cano: I am beyond irritated and frustrated with this particular branch of Farmers insurance. My agent never seems to be in the office. She doesn’t return phone calls. My ex husband and I separated our auto policy upon divorce in June and it was like pulling teeth to get it done. Then when it was finally done, it wasn’t done correctly which wasn’t known until I was in an accident with no rental coverage. Error on my agent for not adding coverage I specifically asked for. Rick did “make it right” by personally reimbursing me for the rental car, but I still had to pay for it out of pocket initially. And getting the rental was a hassle itself. Now here we are 4 months after we separated our auto policy and I’m receiving a collection notice in the mail. I’m told it’s for unpaid premium for April-June. But the branch seems to have no record of what exactly it’s for and has yet to show me any proof. My policy has always been on autodraft every single month. There isn’t anything that wasn’t paid. And I have yet to get a call back after calling two times. But also, why didn’t anyone call me if I owed money? Also use this branch for Homeowners insurance. They sourced it through a different company. However when it was up for renewal I was never contacted to go over my coverage or anything. It apparently renewed in September and still lists my ex husband on it as well when it shouldn’t. I am extremely disappointed with this branch and I am definitely going to be shopping for new insurance in the very near future.

5 /5 Janie Rivera: Our household has been using the services of Rick Tinker Insurance for well over a decade. Their office helps keep us on track with renewals, with making sure that we fill out or submit any necessary documentation, and helps find the best plans to fit our family budget. I cant speak to the experience of the negative reviews on here but I do know that there are 2 sides to every story. I also know that sometimes when it comes to changes that are made to our plans that sometimes there are things that we, as policyholders, are required to provide or update and if those items are not updated/or submitted in a timely manner they can definitely impact us financially. I certainly dont know if thats what happened with those negative reviews but what I can say is that in the 10 years or so that my household has been with Rick Tinker, Ive not encountered such issues. If anything, my experience has been nothing but positive.

5 /5 G Koks: Rick is the best. Anytime I have a question or issue he is quick to handle it. He provides old school care and personal attention that is just not common anymore.
