Dan Carroll I just needed to say thanks to Jeff at Guest Insurance taking the time to help a young man I brought to his office to get car insurance for the first time. He was buying his first car and needed help and guidance in making wise and good decisions. Jeff took him through the process and how insurance was needed for the new car. Jeff even at one time, because of the young mans age, made him aware of the cost and almost apologized for it being so much. We had checked out the insurance and knew of the expense but appreciated the honety Jeff shared with the young man. I appreciated so much the time Jeff and this agency made for us and my young friend will drive out tomorrow in his new car and with insurance coverage that will protect him, others and his new car. Thanks Jeff for making all of this so easy, compassionate, caring and kind and for making this young mans dream of owning his own car and having it properly covered with the appropriate insurance come true. THAD RUCKER I just wanted to take a moment to seriously RANT and RAVE about the Greg Yarbrough Farmers Insurance branch. Between Rosanna and Greg theyve absolutely exceeded our expectations. Insurance can be a complicated one for most to understand and ensure theyve the proper coverage when the unthinkable happens. We have been using this office for our cars for several years now. Recently we purchased a vintage car. Getting insurance was a learning experience for a classic lowrider. Through it all Rosanna kept on touch every step of the way. Offered phenomenal support during the process and had Greg there along the way to make sure we were taken care of. It is my belief they truly care about their Insureds and protecting your investment wether it be your daily driver or your classic car. I highly recommend this office for ALL your insurance needs. I surely will not go any where else.
