Abigail Balding Joe Horak and his office are great, I’ve had Farmers for a while now and they’ve always provided top notch customer service and great rates on insurance. I was sent an email by Joe himself regarding my policy and was able to get everything updated and squared away with no issue- all through email! It was very refreshing that I was able to do everything with Joe through email instead of a phone call since I have a loud newborn in the house- it made doing business a lot easier on my part and at my own pace without pressure. Thank you!

David Cantu Ashley has been great to work with. Initially helped me get set up with home insurance, she inquired about auto insurance but I didnt need it at the time. She reached out to me before I had the chance to reach out to her months later as my auto insurance was about to expire. She is easy to work with and provides great customer service.

Steven Olivas Ric Rivera is a scam artist I asked him for a quote on home insurance when I went with another insurance he billed me $350 forged my signature and then sent that fake bill to collections to try and ruin my credit. Luckily I had the current insurance policy start date and could prove I never went with Ric Rivera. Beware slick Ric Rivera he will try and bill you for doing nothing. Midland TX please do not ask for a seeming less free home owners quote. Anyone moving into Lonestar II beware.
