1 /5 Kevin Keim: Have been a customer for ten years because of little lower rates, last two years they have been messing up on my payments and cancelling my insurance then making us pay $400 to reinstate it. This time I asked for an extension untill march 18 to pay, paid most on 12th and rest online on march 14th, the online payment got lost in their system untill the 25th so they cancelled my insurance and said they think I paid on 25th even though I gave them the reference number for that payment, since they cancelled and I had paid for April insurance I asked for a refund for April and they had a fit and said all I get refunded is $18, contacting insurance board and better business bureau and attorney general, bunch of crooks and liars, then accuse longtime customer of lying, my wife has been using them for twenty years, her family for over fourth years. No customer loyalty.
