Michelle Garza Great customer service, Mr Mario Ramos made me feel extremely welcome and was walked through the various policies that would be to my benefit; the Farmers insurance location in McAllen explained policies in detail and gave me beneficial time to think it through and make a decision on choosing one. Super helpful and was even briefed on other insurance policies that could be taken into consideration for the future. Definetely would recommend this place to anyone seeking information regarding insurance!
