5 /5 Dan Carroll: I just needed to say thanks to Jeff at Guest Insurance taking the time to help a young man I brought to his office to get car insurance for the first time. He was buying his first car and needed help and guidance in making wise and good decisions. Jeff took him through the process and how insurance was needed for the new car. Jeff even at one time, because of the young mans age, made him aware of the cost and almost apologized for it being so much. We had checked out the insurance and knew of the expense but appreciated the honety Jeff shared with the young man. I appreciated so much the time Jeff and this agency made for us and my young friend will drive out tomorrow in his new car and with insurance coverage that will protect him, others and his new car. Thanks Jeff for making all of this so easy, compassionate, caring and kind and for making this young mans dream of owning his own car and having it properly covered with the appropriate insurance come true. 1 /5 Patricia Andris: I used Guest insurance several years ago and the service was great. However, Jeff is an idiot or just lazy. I’m not sure which. I called three days ago because my insurance was gonna run out in two days and he confirmed that I was in the system. He confirmed my address. I just had to send him my VIN I did and he waited till the very end of the day, send that he needed information that I had confirmed the previous day. Since my insurance was canceling at midnight, I called as soon as I got off work at 4:30 and was told that Jeff was out and I didn’t get the guys name but it was not Rick. I think his name is Tim and he said he would call me back. Then 5 o’clock rolls around and no callback. I call at 5:01. It’s the answering machine so I’m screwed. Tim and Jeff are lazy jerks!

She has been the consummate professional, always friendly, efficient and a unique talent of paying so much attention to details. Robin is always available for any needs or question. My biggest regret is moving to Ohio and missing out on her as my agent. She will be sorely missed! Switching to Progressive is one of the smartest moves Ive made regarding my insurance!

He worked with us to get us a policy that worked financially and covered the cars. I would refer this company to anyone especially those who are having difficulty getting insurance coverage.
