1 /5 leka uila: I contacted this firm requesting assistance with a financial matter. Apparently, their policy is that they will not meet with anyone UNLESS you guarantee that you will have them file your taxes. While the receptionist was admittedly new, I was told my request would be passed along. I gave the company about a week to contact me to see if they would be able to arrange to meet with me. No contact after a week.
My question...how can I assess if I would like them to handle my taxes if they cant even be bothered to have a simple meeting with me where I could get a feel for the way the firm does business. Well, guess I know how they do business since they cant be bothered to follow up on a potential new client.
