Kevin is friendly , knowledgeable and organized. I am person who likes to learn the tax code, and Kevin has taken time to explain the processes. I have used his services for my business as well as personal taxes and would highly recommend his financial services. Adam Harshberger Irwin financial was my first call to try to do business with. But unfortunately I called 6 times in a 2 month period and they didn’t even have the common courtesy to return my call for some reason. I am working on a complaint directly with Raymond James. Bad customer service is shared with four out of five people to where good customer service is only shared with two out of five. I suggest Kooman & Associates LLC in Altoona or Seltzer Financial Services in Altoona.
