1 /5 Tyrie Carter: I want to Cash my check here at Wells Fargo. So I noticed the guy changed his face once I walk up there so said good morning, He mumbled something under his breath one thing about me you cannot break me. I’m a New Yorker very rude, so he asked me do I have an account with Wells Fargo no I’m here to take pictures. What the hell do you think you wanna be smart definitely I’m gonna go always treat people the same no matter what color or race they are. I know what this is. Thanks, Pennsylvania

1 /5 Paul Cheetham: Went in on a Saturday to make a change to an account 25 minutes until they closed. The person responsible for doing this was eating when we arrived we waited for him to finish now 20 minutes only to be told it takes 20 minutes to complete the process and he didnt want to do it as he was also closing. Not what I would call a customer’s service win. Michael Jarden I believe was his name. This branch needs to raise its game. One very angry customer especially since we had all three parties concerned for this transaction and one was elderly leaving Saturday one of the only times we could do this.

2 /5 Steve Gittens: So I drive truck all night and dont get alot of time to get to do things that need doing in life. I called this branch and asked if I can bring my daughter in to open a checking account at 1055 am now I realize they close at noon but we live 5 minutes away. And I know it dosnt take all day to do this.. I believe the teller I spoke with was marylin or something along those lines replied that I needed an appointment and that matt sets up accounts was booked today... I see now why wells fargo is closing so many branches..this is also why we are switching all of our accounts to ally bank. Sorry for the inconvenience....

1 /5 Domonique Boss: Came to cash my check. Felt the stares from the tellers when I walked in. Cashed my check here before, no issues. I was directed here by my manager. I just moved to PA so I don’t have a PA license. Presented my passport and ID and was denied because my address didn’t match. Didn’t make sense I even had other forms of ID but they wouldn’t take it. Weird since I came here and cashed my check before with no issues. Called both of my mangers and they said it made no sense. Asked the women and they had sorry excuses. I came to another location, now skeptical, and they cashed it with absolutely no issue. She said my passport and capital one bank card was sufficient as a non customer. Just like this location did when I cashed it before. So I’m very confused . Something feels very discriminatory about this place. I had a turban on and I’m black by the way. God forbid I make such accusations though.

1 /5 James Boroznoff: Tried to open a checking account online. I was unable to do so, it said that I needed to come into a branch to have my identity verified in order to open up the account. I went into this branch and the lady at the counter was rude and laughed at me and said that I need to have a seat because theres people in front of me who "made an appointment". Then some guy came out and took me to his office where he said I needed to come back later because he has another appointment in 45 minutes and he "doesnt want to rush me". I dont understand why it takes 45 minutes to open an account let alone verify someones identity, and I also dont understand why the lady at the counter was so rude to me, maybe she thought I was trying to jump the line by coming in without an appointment but excuse me, I didnt know I needed an appointment to have my identity verified and that it would take longer than 45 minutes to do so....I wont be banking with Wells Fargo, ever. Its never taken me 45 minutes to open an account anywhere else!
