1 /5 Tyler Hunt: If you are looking for financing, do yourself a favor and find another lender because this lender is the worst! They never communicate with you, no one answers the phones or emails. By far one of the worst “CDFIs” in the city.

1 /5 Sheria Newkirk: In over 20 years in the industry this was by far and away the worst lender I have ever dealt with. I am so disappointed that this is a non-profit who claims to help the community. Every email took weeks to get a response, the arrogant loan officer told my client to bring her documents to his doctors office, they took 4 months to process the loan and still missed the closing date. A pure disaster

1 /5 Diamond Glams: They are the worst CDFI lender don’t go to them I gave them my business plan and they went along with it and like it I did everything they told me to do the lender said give him my projections and w2 for almost a month why they tell me they don’t support my business model a salon suite so why wait this long almost a month to tell me if I gave you my business plan and you read it if it wasn’t the business y’all support why just not tell me why have me do projections and w2 wasted my time they are the worst CDFI lender and these reviews was right

1 /5 Benabe Manny (PAPA D): If you are looking for a Small Business loan to open up A minority owned business! DONT USE COMMUNITY FIRST FUND. They sound good and talk a good “game” but They waste your time!! Just go get an SBA loan on your own. Don’t waste your time with these Guys! They seem to also ignore emails… please don’t waste your precious time look for funding somewhere else! It’s NOT going to happen with them. Read the other reviews

1 /5 Vladimir Rivera: FINANTA has not been the same financial institution in the last year. A lot of the good, honest, hard working, and knowledgeable staff is not longer there. Staff that was always available to answer phone, questions, and provide accurate resources. Half of the lenders don’t know how to guide and the others are never available.Know it’s just about making numbers, not building anyone.
