nev I had to meet with a loan officer for the first time today, and let me tell you: whatever Shannon G. is getting paid, its not enough! She was so patient with me and explained everything thoroughly and repeatedly and helped ease the confusion I had about all of the terminology. She was completely amazing and I feel confident going to her again if I need anything!

J MJR I have no idea if this is a legit firm. Poor value, there is no performance return, all they do is act like a savings bank account but deduct amount in the form of various fee. The investment options they provide is poor. It seems more like they get our money and do their own investment and the customer gets no return. Plus their customer service runs like a family business - poorly trained unprofessional agents working from home and has no interest in providing you any information. They make you feel guilty for calling them and enquiring about your retirement investment. The pre-tax saving is not worth putting up with this seemingly con firm.

Danielle If you are trying to cash a check as a non customer they will do it for $800 or less if drawn on their bank. To setup an account you need an appointment. And whatever you do dont show up just before they close to ask any kind of questions because the staff is less than friendly.
