Jeremy, Taylor and Jody have been gracious, responsive and thorough. Every question weve had (which have been many) has been responded to quickly and again, thoroughly. My wife and I lost our jobs at the same time and there was a lot of uncertainty...what to do with 401K, company stocks, etc. We were looking for guidance and instruction throughout the process and thats exactly what we have received. Pat Mock I would advise any one dealing with Raymond James or Fred Thomas to have any and all communication with them documented preferably email because they will do the best thing for themselves not what they are told to do .best advice is to get away from both of them. Get a honest company and a good adviser
