1 /5 Linny Duclerc: This department sends notifications, letters and renewals at last minute. Then arrives on weekends, when people just have one day or hours to put it on system. I submit everything on time and even doing that they dont put it in system on time, my food stamps decrease to $64 dollars cause they dont do their job as is supposed. The they said in news that everything is going well. LIARS

1 /5 Michael Meckfessel: It’s impossible to get through to them on the phone. It’s ridiculous. I had to drive 20 minutes to get there for something I should have been able to do on the phone. It’s a joke.
Timothy Bannon I dont have the best credit or even history for that matter and Galaxy didnt hesitate to help. They are the most customer friendly company Ive had to do business with. I refer anyone I know thats trying to better their credit or to even get a loan to Galaxy. Theyll always be my monitary institution of choice.
David Ziccardi This is not a bank, folks. So don’t expect cash transactions. Sheesh. I visit this office at least once a month to deposit money using CHECKS. Transactions are always handled quickly and accurately.
I have several accounts. My advisor at this particular office has always taken the time to explain various options to me and complete purchases quickly. If you are upset about losing money, perhaps you should consider lower risk investments.
