1 /5 Gwendolyn Campbell: I love banking with credit unions, however this particular branch may need a refresher on customer service. We use this branch on Saturdays because our home branch isnt open on Saturdays. Upon entering the branch, the atmosphere doesnt feel welcoming, the representatives dont speak. We ask for services that are offered to members and this particular branch always turns us away without options or suggestions. Its a waste of time to travel and its disheartening knowing they could be a little more friendly and helpful. I would rate this bank a negative star if that option was available.

5 /5 Dan Donovan: I had to change my review for Centiry Heritage Federal credit Union. I have been working with Ron, and he has been a pleasure. He is understanding, empathetic, and caring. From November to January 31st, I was unable to make payments because my mother was in home hospice, and I was her care taker. He told me to keep in touch, and let him know whats going on. When I got the insurance money, I was able to start payments again. He is a great man.

1 /5 karlee webb: Most of my transactions are taken care of online so i very rarely have to go into a bank location. this morning however i did go to deposit my extra change into my account which was already COUNTED AND ROLLED, and the woman with the grey curly short hair told me they can’t take it. this is not my first issue with the SAME woman. this location has very poor customer service & i will be driving to other locations to do my banking for now on so i can at least be talked to in a nice tone of voice.

5 /5 Sheila Matragas: I wanted to reach out to say thank you to everyone at the Baptist Road location and the West Mifflin location. Several staff I knew from the former credit union. Moving to a new credit union was easier with their friendly faces. However, in the years I have been with CHFCU, meeting more staff has been easy! Everyone is helpful, kind, and patient. Thank you for having such a wonderful group of people! Members are truly lucky to have such wonderful people to provide assistance!
