1 /5 Devin Rossey: We put in an application for Emergency Funds on Friday, and I received a voicemail from your telephone number, but whoever left the voicemail didn’t speak loud or clear enough. We called at 10am today and whoever answered the phone was very nasty and wouldn’t connect us with anyone so we could find out what the voicemail said or who it was from. So my husband wasted his time putting in an application, and sad part is whoever called might have been able to actually help us. They’ve helped us twice before and very kind. I’m shocked we just experienced this!

5 /5 Ashley Tarr: The lady in the office Bonita miles she was amazing very helpful understanding and when people are in a hard shipment this place will definitely help you if they have the funding I couldnt ask for a nicer person Bonita is a awesome person and shes very fast and gets the job done if they can help with anything Im so glad for places like this when people are struggling to help and its awesome they have a a clothes store next door

I have a heart condition and no vehicle and just walked all the way across town to get a bus pass for my doctors appointments just for them to not even be open like it says on Google. Thats a pretty crappy thing to do. I literally risk having a heart attack just walking anywhere in the heat and you literally tricked me into thinking youre open making me risk a heart attack cause yall cant keep your times updated. Its 2024, aint that hard to update times online. very disappointed.
