Melissa Davis I arrived at the office at 2:40 pm to be able to pay an occupancy application, and I needed the tax information, one of the ladies was very rude to me and did not want to assist me, she told another lady to help me. and she gave me the information in a hurry, they told me that the offices close on Fridays at 3pm, but on the entrance door and on the website it says that it closes at 4pm, I think they should better train people that provide customer service.

Titus Swan I Honestly Dont Know What Happened Here. I Was With FNG Before Key Bank Took Over. I Used This Branch Often Under The FNG Name, And Never had Any Problems. As Soon As Key Bank Took Over, The Level Of Professionalism, And Service Took A Huge Dive. I Always Felt Like I Was Bothering The Staff There By Just Making Simple Transactions. The Poor Service, And Bad Attitude Lead To Me Closing My Account.

Stacy Morrow They steal your money. They charge you for things you don’t know you’re being charged for. And any attempts at transferring money to an external account take 5 to 7 days. Never use these people. I tried to cancel my account and they charged me $10 to mail check to me for $50. They are charlatans.
