1 /5 Sean Hauck: Please, whatever you do, never use this branch. I went in on 5/24/23 to close three accounts. These accounts were old and never used, one went into over draft I paid off all three account balances, (one checking, one line of credit). The teller never closed the account the same day for the checking account, and it apparently went into overdraft again. They lost the check in the system for the line of credit. Two weeks go past and I am still getting phone calls from them stating I owe money. I stopped into the branch again, and the same teller was clueless and could not give me a valid answer as to why she did not close the check account the same day, or where the check was for $9xx.xx. Finally on 6/9/23 I have to call and speak to the branch manager, who was also not helpful on getting this resolved. Finally after 2 1/2 weeks, the line of credit was closed after they found the check. I should not have to do the leg work for their inability to do their jobs, yet alone the 60 point credit score I hit because these people were less than professional. I do business banking with First Commonwealth and ALOT of money comes and goes, and when I need something done, its done same day. Save you time and energy and dont use Keybank.
