Northwest Bank - Washington (PA)

1 /5 Tanya Causer: Made a payment on a loan for July $2,000. My slip shows $2,000. Got credit for $200. Went in bank. They push to different bank of Northwest. They dont want to deal with it. Which pass me to another department after week. Call the bank time and time again to get in touch with her or anyone about this always same thing no one at their desk, on another call and out on break. Call that department, it took me 7 weeks to get ahold of her. To get excuse my phone not working, dont know why they sent you to me. Have another department call you. Took that department to call back for a week about this. Send to another department. Got call from them last week 10/28 saying about the payment for October, said no payment until I get credit for $1,800. payment in July thats not showing up. My receipt show i made $2,000. payment if it didnt i would have came in the bank. Told me they look at video no envelope of money. Told him who said anything about envelope? Call me a lier. Told him call me a lier I dont think so. This been going on since August statement. I wont do business with this bank. Still havent got the $1,800.00 credit. Not paying the loan until this is credit. Bull how this been handled. The way they have talk to me. You call for a payment but cant answer my voicemail. Sorry wreck my credit dont care. Showing you not paying until this is taken care of. Go to Credit Union not this bank. Management just pushing to another bank of Northwest to waste your time if something is wrong. Poor excuse for a bank.

1 /5 John Skolnekovich: Horrible bank.. charged me 800$ in overdraft fees in my business account for there screw up on a deposit. Get bounced around for two weeks and give you more charges in the meantime all to say theres nothing they can do.. Ive been with them for the last 15 years and never asked for nothing. Basically treated me like a nobody after running 20k a month in that dump.. I advise to look elsewhere for a better bank... ignorant

1 /5 Jose Delgado: Terrible bank. Declines every single purchase no matter if its online or in person. I call customer service every single day to approve the purchase and showing proof Im the card owner, and they still decline. And I requested to opt out of the paper statement fees and was told I am, im still receiving them through mail and getting charged a fee for them. Terrible service, Terrible bank. I dont recommend it at all.
